Sunset Hearts The American Heroes Collection: Florida by Macy Largo was one of those books I picked up first because I liked the cover. Second, I read the blurb and I thought.... oh what a fun, naughty read! Then I was really blown away with the intensity of words as I absorbed each page. From the first few pages the action starts unfolding with a storyline that not only is intriguing but so vividly seductive you will stay up all night until you finish reading every last page.

Two lovers, happy with their lives and one woman who shatters everything they know to be true. Daphne is hanging on by a thread when she is found floating in the bay outlet by Alan. He and Jerald take her in, she is half live and holding a secret that could get them all killed. But Jared and Alan not only have faith in their relationship but also in Daphne, she will become the glue to their future.

The author I felt just about ripped out my heart and stomped on it towards the end. I was so convinced that Daphne was their perfect missing link to making the men whole, but what happens almost destroys them all. With beautifully devastating dialog you will be on one hell of a roller coaster ride of emotions with their story.

This is a keeper for me, one I will go back time and time again when I feel gluten for punishment, a little torture for my heart, a little, OK a lot of sizzling, knock your socks off sex. Not to mention the three really beautiful characters who shine brightly throughout every page ensuring that you can't help but become emotionally invested in their lives. Buy this book! You will love it, every last word!
