Consent to the Cowboy by Abby Wood

This was my first read by Abby Wood and after reading Consent to the Cowboy I am a dedicated fan. Already buying several of her books. This is also one of the first releases from Carina Press, I am just sorry I didn't read it earlier!

What I like about this book first and foremost was that although there was BDSM it wasn't so in your face as some of the other books that I have read with the genre.

Daphne also isn't some weak woman, confused as hell and scared of loving Will and giving herself to him 100% yes. Their relationship ignites the pages almost from the beginning. I must admit though that one of the things that did bother me about Daphne was that she constantly pulled away, if I were Will, I am not so sure I would have kept putting up with it. Either that or given her an ultimatum, but the man had a patience of a saint that is for sure.

Not just sexy and the post boy for Alpha Male, Will will undoubtedly win your heart. It was really a heavy journey for Daphne finally giving up all her wanton desires for one man. One man as powerfully sexy and downright lustful as Will is, he have given her his whole heart and wants her in his life, the real problem is that he just has to convince her he wants her in his life forever and not only that, but not to be afraid of her desires and sexual needs. Most definitely a story rooting in human emotion that will take you on a journey of love, longing and passion beyond your own boundaries.
