Review: SENSUAL STRANGER by Tina Donahue

In Tina Donahue's latest from Ellora's Cave, SENSUAL STRANGER trust, it is the ultimate in any relationship and especially fragile new ones as the Zach and Toni have. Obvious  is their attraction to one another but Toni has so many secrets and letting Zach in to her shameful past isn't exactly something that is going to happen anytime soon if she has anything to say about it.

Skilled with cars she blows Zach away with her knowledge, but the pieces of her story or lack there of doesn't really jive with him. Problem, and it is a doozy, Zach has fallen in love with the sexy younger woman.

One thing that I like was that the chemistry between Toni and Zach was on fire from the get go, it was something that neither could hide too well and that tension added to all the drama in a deliciously decadent way

Toni has a hard lesson to learn and that is learning to initiate the same level of trust as she expects, but that is all pretty hard to accept when she is convinced that Zach is having her investigated and believes that she is a thief and a liar.

Sexy and full of so much sexual tension and scrumptious emotional cat and mouse it is hard to put down, you just have to keep reading to find out how Zach and Toni will end up. Toni and Zach must both decides what is love worth to them, what is their love worth. Can Toni trust Zach with her past and leave herself open to his judgement. And can Zach let go the face that Toni might have been hiding her past for a very good reason and wasn't out to just take him for a wild ride and leave him broken hearted and clean him out financially.

Into his life she came—wanting…willing…wanton

It’s no ordinary morning when Toni Starr arrives at Zach’s garage. Flat broke, with a past she won’t share, Toni’s instantly taken by such a potently virile man. Direct and unashamed, she tells him she’s a motorcycle performance artist who needs work and knows motors.
Zach knows women, and Toni’s unlike any he’s met. Lushly sensuous, exceedingly assured, she’d easily be his match in business and bed. A provocative challenge that stirs him as nothing has since losing his wife. A chance he’s reluctant to take, offering no more than a month’s employment, then she’ll have to be on her way.
The hours tick by. Each word and glance intensifies their denied yet escalating desire, forcing them to surrender to passion and Toni’s need for Zach’s dominance. Driven by carnal hunger, conquered by yearning, they face the unforeseen truth of Toni’s past and a future neither of them expected.

About Me

Brande
I am a working mom with an addiction to coffee, chocolate, and books.. I read an average 3 to 4 books a week to escape reality. I have setup this site to organize my own thoughts and help others when choosing what to read. Since I can be a dimwit at times I decided to keep a record of the books I read. This record turned into reviews so I would remember if I liked the book I forgot I had read. I am not particularily funny and my grammer sucks so please don’t expect much. Basically I don’t know jack about many things, but I do know what I like in a novel and what makes me want to spend my money on an author.
