Dangerous Curves by Cherie De Sues

There aren't that many romances out there that feature full figured women, yes I have come across a few but there are few and far between when compared to the majority. So when one of my favorite authors, Cherie De Sues,  asked me to read her latest release from Noble Romance Books,  DANGEROUS CURVES I was pleased to find out that her female lead I was surprisingly full figures. The theme of the romance really appealed to me as Selena is a full figured model working for a fashion house on her way through Europe on the fashion shoot of her career. Not only is this huge for Selena but this campaign could make or break the fashion house whose clothes she is modeling. The excitement starts when Selena heads to Paris on the first leg of her trip and in tow are 3 bodyguards. One being her sexy as hell photographer who excites Selena in all the deliciously naughty ways she can possibly imagine. And why shouldn't a girl have fun, she is having the time of her life on this shoot, a new multimillion dollar contract for three years and Logan, her dashing photographer really lights her fire.
Logan can't get over how powerful he is attracted to Selena, not only is her being paid to protect her against someone who wants to kill her, but he is starting to fall in love with her. And you will too, she is real, not willing to cower and be a wall flower, she is proud of her curves and doesn't feel that she should hide behind huge clothes. She is fresh and full of life and quite frankly a full of spunk!

What I found so wonderful about this story of romance and suspense is that the love story between Selena and Logan seemed so organic. It wasn't forced or cheesy, their dialog was entertaining and comical at times and not to mention their chemistry was electric.

A wonderfully entertaining and fresh suspenseful romance that I know any romance fan will love to read, your heart will be happy you did.  At times gripping and heartbreaking you won't be ablt to put it down.

Selena Russo has won the coveted spot as a full-figured spokesmodel for the Rubenesque Romantix clothing line in Paris. When Selena starts getting hate mail, she ignores the warnings—models aren't known for their congeniality when they lose a big modeling gig. Especially a three-year, multimillion-dollar contract in the biggest ad campaign ever for curvy women.
Logan's a recent ex-Navy SEAL with a war injury, and his ex CO asks him to protect Selena while assuming the role of her photographer. When the death threats heat up with a dead pooch and bullets flying, Logan focuses hard on the sensual, violet-eyed beauty. It's Logan's pleasure to cover the body of a seductive, curvy, temptress, both in and out of the bedroom as their romance burns up the sheets.

About Me

Brande
I am a working mom with an addiction to coffee, chocolate, and books.. I read an average 3 to 4 books a week to escape reality. I have setup this site to organize my own thoughts and help others when choosing what to read. Since I can be a dimwit at times I decided to keep a record of the books I read. This record turned into reviews so I would remember if I liked the book I forgot I had read. I am not particularily funny and my grammer sucks so please don’t expect much. Basically I don’t know jack about many things, but I do know what I like in a novel and what makes me want to spend my money on an author.
