Review: Game for Sudection by Bella Andre

In GAME FOR SEDUCTION by Bella Andre, Melissa has been in love with Dominic for over a decade, lusting after the wide receiver that her father managed since she was an teenager. Having grown up to become very beautiful and a lot less awkward then he can remember, Dominic has certainly noticed Melissa but has his agents daughter he knows that she is off limits. Melissa on the other had has had enough, enough of her father and his constant neglect in making her an agent, knowing full well she is one of the hardest workers in his agency but refusing to give her any encouragement or praise and that coveted title as agent. Pissed off she retreats to a players only bar where Dom has noticed she is pretty drunk and since there are no other females around he takes he home with him, for her protection.... yeah right, one thing leads to another and they can't keep their hands off each other! Dom is torn for his feelings for Melissa and she just seems so sure all will be OK despite their business relationship. The feelings she has for Dominic are so strong that every time she fights him she ends up in his arms no matter what her head tells her she loves him and Dom is falling in love with Melissa by the second. Melissa is strong willed and stands up to her father, I admire how Bella Andre doesn't write those willowy weak women with no spine once a man steps into the room. There is times when Melissa rejects Dom for her career and for his as well, which I really liked because life isn't pretty and it doesn't come all dolled up in a pretty package and a nice bow, it is hard and ugly and it hurts. Just like Melissa's life has at times. And Dom, well what can I say, he is beautiful inside and out, a good man with a pure heart and a strong will. He has stayed away from Melissa for a long time, keeping her at a comfortable distance for her sake more than his own. He takes a wild rookie screw up under his wing and shows him what being a team player and a good man is all about. As much for Melissa (Screw-up, playboy is her new client), but for him. I couldn't believe when the story was over, it had that feel good moment of silence at the end that so many great reads do. A keeper, hum, since it is on my e-reader I would have to say yes, would I recommend, Oh definitely for sure, you bet ya! Was it great, no, was it good, yes it was!!!! This is actually book two in Bella Andre's The Bad Boys of Football Series but what the hell I never start at the begining!

SNIPPET: "The daughter of a powerful sports agent, Melissa McKnight has harbored lust-filled fantasies for Dominic DiMarco ever since she was an awkward teenager, when the San Francisco Outlaws' gorgeous wide receiver became her father's superstar client. Now Melissa's a beautiful, tenacious associate in her father's firm, and being around to-die-for hard bodies is all in a day's work...until tangling with Dominic at a photo shoot blind sides her with passion. This sounds good! I love sports stories!! I hope the football details are right though. I hate it when sports stories have the details wrong, and I'm a football whore.

About Me

Brande
I am a working mom with an addiction to coffee, chocolate, and books.. I read an average 3 to 4 books a week to escape reality. I have setup this site to organize my own thoughts and help others when choosing what to read. Since I can be a dimwit at times I decided to keep a record of the books I read. This record turned into reviews so I would remember if I liked the book I forgot I had read. I am not particularily funny and my grammer sucks so please don’t expect much. Basically I don’t know jack about many things, but I do know what I like in a novel and what makes me want to spend my money on an author.
